A huge thank you to the amazing team at
Winter Park Veterinary Hospital for inviting me to speak about gratitude today. We explored Andrew Huberman’s teachings, the kind of gratitude that actually shifts your neurobiology. Watching all of you support one another and being grateful for one another, through the exercises was truely inspiring.

And of course…Claudia Anderson, my unofficial manager, and the person who believes in me with the enthusiasm of someone discovering a massive holiday sale 🎄 . Thank you for always opening doors I didn’t even know were there. All I said to her was that I was hoping to do more presentations with businesses and boom 💥 she made it happen 🫶 !

I left feeling so grateful for the compassion, curiosity, and heart in that room. Thank you all for letting me be part of your world. You have an amazing team there! 🩵🐾

Today, I’m overflowing with pride and gratitude as I share some incredible news: my daughter has officially earned her License as a Mental Health Counselor!

Watching her walk this path, one that I’ve also traveled, has been deeply moving. I know firsthand the dedication, strength, and resilience it takes to reach this point. It’s not an easy journey, and she faced every challenge with integrity, compassion, and unwavering dedication to this field.

To see her now, standing fully licensed serving others with heart and skill fills me with joy and pride. I have cherished every moment of watching her learn and grow, especially as she blazes her own trail. I know to receive this license during Pride is month is just icing on the cake for her.

Congratulations to my daughter, Sophia Moenssens. You’ve earned every bit of this, and the world is better with you in it, doing this work!!!
