Jon has recently moved to the Clermont/Minneola area from Wisconsin. In Wisconsin he graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a BA in Health and Human Performance, Exercise Science and Physiology, with an emphasis in Recreation and Coaching as well as Nutrition Programming. While in school Jon worked as a CPT, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Functional Trainer. He completed an Internship with nationally renowned NX Level Performance in Waukesha, Wisconsin, where he practiced as a Sport Specific Coach and Performance Trainer. Through all of that Jon was the Sports Marketing and Promotions Coordinator for Kage Concepts MMA. With his degree in Health and Human Performance he has expanded his education and knowledge into Sports Therapy techniques and now practices many forms of therapy including Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretching(PNF), Human Tecar Therapy, Integrated Corrective Exercise and completely certified in NeuroKinetic Therapy(NKT)
