💜 Domestic Violence Awareness – Understanding the signs of abuse, knowing your rights, and accessing support resources can save lives and empower survivors.

💡 ADHD Awareness – ADHD impacts children and adults alike. Recognizing symptoms, fostering understanding, and implementing strategies can improve daily life and relationships.

📊 Mental Health Screening & National Depression Screening Day – Early identification is key. Regular screenings help detect issues early, connect people with resources, and prevent crises.

🚫 Bullying Prevention Month – Bullying affects mental health at every age. Promoting safe, supportive environments in schools, workplaces, and online communities protects emotional well-being.

🎀 Breast Cancer Awareness Month – Early detection saves lives. Screening, self-exams, and spreading awareness help support those affected and empower communities.
