Confused by the alphabet soup of OWCP forms? You’re not alone.

Here’s the difference:
👉 CA-16: This is your Authorization for Medical Treatment. Your agency gives you this form within 4 hours of reporting a traumatic injury. It allows you to seek immediate care from an authorized provider.

👉 CA-20: This is the Attending Physician’s Report. Your doctor uses this form to explain your diagnosis, work limitations, and how your injury affects your ability to perform your job.
Both are essential—and both need to be filled out accurately. That’s where we come in.
