🍂🍁Fall is around the corner! Time for cooking outdoors & spending time with family! 🍁🍂 Heart of Hospice is doing a benefit raffle to help raise money for our Hospice promise foundation, which is our foundation that all proceeds go towards helping assist families with essential, non hospice related expenses they are unable to provide for themselves. Those expenses include, rent, utility bills, emergency repairs, personal care items, and food assistance. The foundation also provides funding for patients’ last wishes, and even burial assistance if needed.

The care provided to those with life-limiting illnesses is crucial. On World Hospice and Palliative Care Day, we recognize the work being done every day for those in hospice and palliative care, supporting patients affected by serious health conditions. We are committed to continuing our work across the country to provide quality care and improve the lives of those we serve, because every day matters.
