I dip, you dip, we dip. Great exercise for arms and upper back, plus you get a little chest stretch.

Lateral or side step up. Great for hips, glutes, groin/adductors, quads, calves and anterior tibialis. Plus, you get a little core and shoulder/arm work by holding weights.

Stiff legged deadlift. Excellent exercise for low back, butt, hamstrings and a little calf. Does take a little practice to be efficient. Highly recommend.

Here’s a full MMT shoulder evaluation. Yes, it’s quick because I have 2 decades of experience and I know what to look for. Also, this is a healthy person so there’s nothing to find wrong and merely for demonstration. Whoever told you to hold a MMT for longer than 3 secs doesn’t know how long it actually takes for a muscle to fire. It’s milliseconds, btw.
