We visit the doctor for our physical health on a regular basis. But we take our mental health for granted. The reality is our mental health just as important as our physical health. Try remembering to take your high blood pressure pill without thinking about it. It's impossible. Why? Because mentally you have to remember to take it. That's a part of mental health. So take time and clear your mind and de-stress. Therapy helps.
