I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to my family:, Squally Mane,, Cee Cee, Mom, , , Randy Reed, Khalilah Lawson, Xaviera Bri Weems, Adrienne, Zelda, Tameko, and Ikeya Ray. Thank you all for helping me get my hair ready for TV!My pastor and my children, along with my grandbabies, came to support me, while my mom and brother stayed home recording everything. I truly appreciate all the text messages and phone calls I received.The finale to see which business will win is scheduled for August 27, 2025. This season, 22 businesses are participating in season 8 of Cleveland Chain Reaction, and each one of us has a special impact on the community. For now, being selected is already a win and a fantastic experience. #

Reasons To Care Healthcare Services, LLC is hiring for the following positions:

1. Direct Care Provider
Requirements: High school diploma/GED. No experience is needed; training will be provided. Skills required: First aid/CPR certification (training available).

Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the health and safety of all individuals served by the company
- Assisting with the company’s quality assurance and compliance needs
- Housekeeping, personal care, community participation, money management
- Personal, medical, and leisure participation, meal prep, med pass, and medical appointment reminders
- Following HIPAA laws and completing documentation and personal care.

Pay: Starting from $15-$18 per hour (depending on experience)
Type: Part-time/PRN

2. Consumer Van Driver
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License with no more than 3 points
- Must speak fluent English and have basic reading and writing skills
- Must have a positive outlook and personality
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to interpret and follow maps
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Understanding the position consists of 2-4 hours of sitting/driving with breaks in between.
- Must be able to physically assist consumers in and out of the vehicle.
- Good hearing depth perception and peripheral vision for the safety of the passengers.

Responsibilities include:
- Daily logs
- Understanding vehicle functions
- Transporting each consumer in a safe manner
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness daily
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: Starting from $15-$18 per hour (depending on experience)
Type: Part-time/PRN
