It took me a long time to get here.

๐Ÿซฃ I struggled for years with so many issuesโ€”problems that I know so many people are still facing today.

๐Ÿ’” My old self focused so much on body image. I believed that if I had the โ€œperfect,โ€ skinny body, I would finally be happy.

So I got that bodyโ€ฆ and I was still not happy.

Years went by. And today, I understand: itโ€™s not about how you lookโ€”itโ€™s about whatโ€™s inside.

โŒNo more panic.
โŒNo more constant anxiety or feeling lost.
