#𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆
Exactly one year ago, we built our office from the ground up (literally…crouched on the floor building IKEA chairs with cryptic instructions and questionable hex wrenches).
Since then? We’ve become addicted to West Side Market fruit stands, fallen hard for fresh flowers, and made ourselves regulars at local cafés one iced espresso at a time. ☕ We’ve celebrated Christmas parties filled with laughter and too many cookies, supported our awesome landlords at Great Lakes Brewing Company after long days of hard work, and perfected the "dreamy office vibe" Pinterest board.
But we’ve also watched something incredible grow:
🏠 Kiddos walking through our doors for long-awaited psychological evaluations
👨👩👧👦 Open houses and orientations filled with families and new teammates
🏆 Award celebrations, recognitions, and surprise visits from the Cleveland Guardians (and the occasional dog)
We never imagined so much life, purpose, collaboration, and joy would fill this historic building- and we’re just getting started. (I'm not crying, you're crying!)
