The Bradley County Health Department is administering a county health assessment (CHA) via the survey link below or QR code in attached pic. As a volunteer member of the Bradley County Health Council, I've asked the Health Dept. to increase its categories for mental health in this year's assessment, which they kindly did. It's a start, and this assessment is helpful in determining our county's health priorities/needs moving forward. We only have about 100 responses so far so please take a moment, if you are a resident, and take this quick assessment survey.
