“We recently lost our beloved dog, PJ, who had been a part of our family since she was just six months old. Losing her after nearly 15 years was heartbreaking, but the team at All-County Pet Memorial and Cremation helped make a very painful day much easier to bear.
From the very first phone call, Crystal set a wonderful, positive tone. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating, which immediately put us at ease during a very emotional time. When we arrived at the facility, we were met by Samantha, who had been excellent on the phone and was just as helpful and professional in person.
We want to give a special thank you to Tony. He truly went above and beyond for us. His positive and helpful nature really helped soften the blow of our loss. We felt genuinely cared for, and we deeply appreciated the beautiful card the team gave us, as well as the high-quality, wonderful container for PJ’s ashes.
The facility itself is remarkably clean, professional, and has a very calming atmosphere that makes a world of difference. We are so grateful to the entire staff for treating PJ—and us—with such respect. Highly recommended for any pet parent facing this difficult journey.”
