Another beautiful tea party compliments of our Activity Department! We kicked off the holiday season with a Thanksgiving themed celebration 🦃🍂

We’ve been busy bees these last few weeks! 🍂✨

🫖 Our residents sipped & smiled their way through the sweetest fall-themed tea party

🩺 Our Community Liaison proudly represented Slovene Home Skilled Care & Rehabilitation at a local health fair

🎃 And of course… plenty of festive fall fun right here at the Home!

Our Inaugural Art Show was a huge success! 🖼️

Residents, their families & community members enjoyed viewing beautiful resident art work 🎨

Guests were also treated to a live piano concert & delicious charcuterie boards 🎹 🧀🍇

Thank you to Allie Daniels, Activity Director, for coordinating such a wonderful evening- truly a stroke of success! 👩‍🎨

And of course thank you to our Director of Culinary Servives, Del Robinson, for the stunning (and delicious 😋) food display 👨‍🍳

In honor of Veterans Day, Crossroads Hospice hosted a beautiful ceremony to commemorate our veterans 🇺🇸

On behalf of Slovene Home Skilled Care & Rehabilitation, we’d like to thank the brave men & women who served our country with bravery. We honor your heroism and give thanks for your sacrifices 🏅

Reminder! 📣 Slovene Home Skilled Care & Rehabilitation will host a special Art Show and Silent Auction tomorrow! Admission is free.

On Tuesday, November 12, at 7pm guests are invited to enjoy an evening of creativity and community while browsing a beautiful selection of local artwork and bidding on unique pieces during the silent auction. In addition to the art displays, the Home will feature holiday crafts for sale, perfect for early seasonal shopping. The atmosphere will be enriched by the elegant sounds of piano music performed by Ilya Shteyndler, creating a warm and festive ambiance for all who attend. Complimentary refreshments will be provided.

✨ Our amazing Community Liaison, Bridget, has been on the move this week! 🕵️‍♀️🍽️

Last night, she had a blast at the murder mystery dinner hosted by the City of Mayfield Heights — and it was a killer good time! 😉

Guests enjoyed a delicious homemade dinner, an entertaining ‘whodunit’ show, and the chance to connect with some wonderful healthcare partners who helped bring this fun evening to life 💙

Thanks to everyone who made the night so special! 🥳🍰🔍
