Reset by being brave enough to try something new. Be scared. We grow by experiencing new things and being uncomfortable. Try walking on a slack line. I did this summer (I’ve always wanted to try it.) As expected I was not good at it at all, but every time I make the effort to get back on I’m a little better than the previous attempt. This year I also used a different wake surf board than what I had been using the past 4 years. I felt like I was starting over...I busted my butt more times than I could count. But it was exciting, challenging, and made me want to keep trying. (I’ll show you stubborn.) So if you feel like you are stuck in a rut, change it up! Or “when nothing is going right, surf left.” 😉And yes people, that’s me wearing a dress after a long day on the bike. Hey, I was going for loose and comfortable. 🤷🏻‍♀️

reset (v.) set again or differently, start over again or adjust it Try keeping it simple and just adjust one thing in your life today, your breathing. If you feel yourself getting anxious, nervous, or just simply annoyed with that car in front of you at your child’s school in the drop off lane try this...take a deep calming breath. Inhale through your nose (hold to the count of three) then gently exhale out of your mouth. Repeat 10x. This should help to refocus your mindset (or at the very least that car has moved on by now😉❤️.)
