Convivo staff servered the VIP section for this years Top Chef competition in Cleveland to benefit St John Medical Center. Congrats to Michael Nowak (Bar Cento} for Top Chef and Sarah Sherapita (Luxe Kitchen) for peoples choice award.

Chefs from four Cleveland restaurants will compete for honors in the third annual Cleveland 'Top Chefs' cook-off at The Q on Saturday, Sept. 10. Food Network star Ted Allen will host the event, to benefit St. John Medical Center.

Elton John kicked butt tonight as did the Convivo staff. We're working Top Chef at The Q Saturday, and the Cleveland Orchestra at Blossom.

We've added another 20 people to our team. Server training continues.
I am looking for a new home to build our training center... living/working space. Anyone who has any leads, please let me know. I need about 2000 sq ft and prefer the Ohio City area.
