Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor now accepting clients at the new Middleburg Heights location. She utilizes a feminist, narrative, and cognitive approach to counseling. She believes that it is vital to take into consideration each person’s culture and values, especially for those who identify as members of marginalized communities. Counseling is, above all else, a collaboration between client and counselor. Rachel recognizes that empowerment and a focus on strengths leads to feeling better.

Rachel is able to work with a wide variety of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, gender issues, affectional/sexuality orientation issues, trauma, self-esteem and self-efficacy, relationships, and disempowerment as a result of oppressive societal institutions.
