What's In You (WiY) is a ministry series birthed in Linette Graddic in 2008 as she pondered her own purpose and began the process of spiritual realization and readjustment into the “new thing” (Isaiah 43:18-20) that God was birthing in her. One of the things she discovered was the vision she had been running with had never been realized. By the Grace of God, it has become a reality! The WiY Women's Conferences and Retreats has become a Movement. WiY offers intense inner healing therapy and ministry to encourage women in all walks of life to take immediate action in repairing the wounds of the past and move toward their own purpose and become the "you" that you were meant to be.
