Please join us in celebrating Lakida Young, our new Director of Nursing! Lakida’s hard work and dedication have shined through in her role as ADON, and we are so proud to see her step into this well-deserved promotion.

We’re also thrilled to welcome Venay Reid as our new Assistant Director of Nursing! Venay has grown within the company, starting as a floor nurse and now advancing to ADON through her passion, commitment, and care for the residents.

Both Lakida and Venay go above and beyond each day, and we are so excited to see them continue to make a difference in the lives of our residents and staff. 💐

We’re so proud to celebrate one of our residents here at Hillside Plaza! With the help of our amazing care team, he regained his independence and is now ready to move into an Assisted Living.

He shared, “The staff here all did their jobs and I have no complaints. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.”

During his stay, he made so many friends and will be dearly missed. We wish him nothing but the best on this exciting new chapter!

His story is a true reminder of why we do what we do every day—to help our residents thrive, regain confidence, and move forward with the support they need.

I am proud to announce that I, Lauren Paterson, have officially earned my Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license and am thrilled to step into the role of Administrator at Hillside Plaza. I have been with Legacy Health Services for over a year now as I completed my Administrator-in-Training (AIT) with the company. I could not have asked for a better organization to learn and grow with. I am so grateful for the mentorship, support, and opportunities I have received along the way. I look forward to continuing to serve our residents, families, and staff with compassion and integrity.
