I am a proud business owner since 2002 in Cleveland OH , offering various services such as Colon Hydrotherapy, Reiki, and Health Coaching. I am a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. I went to the "Harvard of Health Coaching Schools", and it took almost two years for certification.

Why juice cleanse for 30 days or more? "Juicing can address the causes rather than the symptoms of disease according to Jason Vale, who produced Super Juice Me. What I personally am hoping for is relief of Asthma and inflammatory lung symptoms.

Exciting News! In Carol's Care has begun giving Astrology readings. I have been studying Astrology more as a hobby for years. At the end of last year I joined a serious program of "Evolutionary Astrology." It is not your shallow, one size fits all reading of your Natal Chart. We use freedom of choice, shadows, symbols and imagination; and believe there is no such thing as a bad reading. Feel lighter, healthier, stronger! JUICE CLEANSING ROCKS!

Bob and I began our Spring juice cleanse! My favorite juice so far is carrots, cabbage, apples with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top. I was trained by Don Foose, author and Raw Foodist how to do a juice cleanse properly. It is VERY important not to wing it on your own. Akkermansia Gut Repair Shake:
Pomegranate Extract or Powder
Matcha Green Tea Powder
Acacia Fiber
Cranberry Concentrate
