We had a wonderful time at the 2026 Stitches in Time Quilt Show at the Museum and Cultural Center at 5ive Points! 🧵🪡 Our residents truly enjoyed exploring the beautiful quilts on display, each one telling its own unique story through the colors, patterns, and craftsmanship. Our residents had a wonderful time at this week’s Balance Builders exercise class! 💪 Led by the amazing Rehab Department from Life Care Centers of Cleveland, today’s session focused on partner exercises that kept everyone moving and engaged. Residents stretched and worked on their strength together by passing a ball side to side, across to their partner, bouncing it back and forth, and even using their feet! 💥

These fun and interactive movements are a great way to improve balance, coordination, and overall wellness for our seniors. 🌿 We love seeing everyone encourage one another and stay active together. We even had a few laughs along the way! 😊

We turned missing puzzle pieces into something full of love. ❤️🧩 Our residents got creative this week by repurposing old puzzles that had lost a few pieces. After painting each piece in beautiful Valentine’s colors, we brought them together to form heart-shaped keepsakes they can hang up and enjoy! It was a great reminder that the “missing pieces” can become something meaningful when brought together. 💕

We love our Wednesdays at Garden Plaza at Cleveland! 💪

✨ Our Balance Builders exercise class is always a highlight of the week! This class is led by Anya, one of the wonderful Physical Therapists from Life Care Center of Cleveland next door, and we are so thankful for her expertise and energy. Each week, we have an amazing turnout from our residents who are committed to staying strong, steady, and independent. Not only are we improving our balance and building strength, but we’re also continuing to grow our connection with the incredible rehab team at Life Care Center of Cleveland.

Staying active is always more fun when we do it together! 💙
