🍩🎉 DONUT stop what you’re doing… you’re going to want to see this! 🎉🍩

Our community was recently treated to the SWEETEST Pop-Up Donut Shop created by our incredible Executive Chef, Josh! He fried and glazed fresh donuts right in front of us — talk about a treat! 😍 The topping bar was a dream come true… and yes, BACON was one of the crowd favorites! 🥓🍩 (because everything’s better with bacon, right?!)

The smiles, laughter, and delicious bites made this such a memorable day for both residents and staff. We’re so lucky to have a team that goes above and beyond to create moments like this! 💛

🌱🌸 Our Garden Club has been hard at work, and it truly shows!

🪴 Over the past few weeks, our residents have been busy preparing, planting, and bringing new life to our garden spaces. This is a beloved springtime activity that so many look forward to each year—and it’s easy to see why! We’re especially proud to have several certified Master Gardeners in our community, whose knowledge and passion help everything bloom beautifully. 🌼

Their dedication, along with the teamwork of all our residents and a few staff members, is turning our garden into something truly special. We can’t wait to watch everything grow! 🌿💚

I’ve found it to be one of the nicest facilities of all we visited, bested only by a place in Farragut at 3x the price! The staff at GP is excellent, friendly and professional. The building is spotless and well-maintained. I truly couldn’t ask for a better home for my mom, and the fact that I live in the same town is icing on a sweet cake!"

🌸 What a beautiful and joyous time we had at our Community Choir Easter Program! 🎵

✝️ This service was a time of worship and reflection as we praised alongside the Community Choir and heard a beautiful message from one of our very own residents, Dr. Henry Smith. We ended our time together by taking communion. Thank you to all those that took part! ☺️

April is Volunteer Month, and we are celebrating the amazing people of all ages who share their time with our residents. From calling bingo to painting nails 💅, performing music 🎵 to simply sitting and chatting, our volunteers bring an essential joy and connection to our community.

Ken leads Garden Plaza at Cleveland with true dedication and passion. When he isn't here in our community, you may find him spending time with his family, out doing yard work and gardening, or cheering on his favorite team, the Tennessee Vols! 🧡 Ken always keeps us laughing with his legendary Dad Jokes and singing a little karaoke. 😂🎤🎶 We are thankful for the fun-loving spirit and leadership he brings to Garden Plaza.
