Jimmy navigated this local through turbulent times with the hand of a surgeon and the heart of a lion. He was a laborer’s laborer that never wavered in his determination to give the men and women he represented a better life. Rest in Peace Jimmy. We are forever in your debt.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Local 310 Retirees Annual Christmas Party in Columbus. It was truly special to see so many brothers and sisters come together to celebrate the holiday season, share stories, and enjoy the camaraderie that makes our union family so strong.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our past retirees. Your years of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication laid the foundation for Local 310 and continue to inspire the generations that followed. Because of you, our brotherhood remains strong, proud, and united. We are honored to stand on the shoulders of those who came before us.

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year, and continued health and fellowship in the year ahead.

From all of us at Laborers Local 310 we would like to thank all of the members who attended our year-end union meeting tonight.
It was great to see such a strong turnout and finish the year out together on a solid note.

With the holidays fastly approaching, we were able to raffle off a record $2,700 from ticket sales, along with our other holiday raffle items that included four Sony PS5 consoles and twelve 55-inch televisions. Thank you to everyone who participated, and congratulations to all of our winners.

Local 310’s strength has always come from active, engaged members who show up and support the work of this union. Your involvement continues to move our Local forward.

From all of us at Laborers Local 310, we wish you and your families a safe and enjoyable holiday season.

The Cleveland Cavaliers’ new training complex — the Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center — is quickly taking shape along the Cuyahoga River!

Situated just below Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and Progressive Field, the new design even calls for Eagle Ave to be rebuilt from Ontario and routed directly through the facility. This major project is being driven by Dan Gilbert’s Bedrock Real Estate, and it comes with a 25-year extension of the Cavs’ partnership with the Cleveland Clinic.

This isn’t just another construction site — it’s the first major vertical development in Bedrock’s $3.5 billion riverfront master plan, a huge investment in the revitalization of downtown Cleveland.

A state-of-the-art performance complex like this also strengthens Cleveland’s ability to recruit and retain top-tier players by offering world-class training, medical, and recovery facilities.

Proud to see Laborers Local 310 and the Cleveland Building Trades Council playing a role in helping build a project that will reshape our city’s future.

The facility is projected to open in 2027.
