So much is happening at our new community health center in the Clark-Fulton neighborhood, and we are honored to be part of this community.

We recently welcomed Jasmin Santana, Cleveland City Councilwoman Ward 14 and Maranyeliz Miranda for a tour of our new site. It was a meaningful opportunity to share how this space reflects a shared vision of bringing high-quality, accessible health care right into the neighborhood.

We were also glad to connect with TV20 Cleveland, who visited to speak with our CEO Domonic Hopson and Site Manager Amy Abreu about how we are expanding access to care and supporting the health and well-being of our neighbors.

We look forward to continuing to grow together with the community we are proud to serve.

Our Behavioral Health Linkage Coordinator, Annie Slota, recently attended the Alumnae Empowerment Fair at her alma mater, Magnificat High School. She connected with students, shared her journey into social work, and introduced them to the impact of community-based care at Neighborhood Family Practice.
