Saturday, June 7th at 10AM

Join us as we partner with , a Cleveland-based wellness group specializing in outdoor hikes and wellness activities including sound bath meditations, yoga, and more, who will be leading us on a moderate hike. Afterward, we will break bread one last time closing out our series. 🤝🏾💚🤝🏾

Join us as we head to rage room to literally break open the bottle of rage you’ve been carrying around for far too long!!!

Holding Space is made possible through funding from the Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective () and will take place over a series of four gatherings.
