We are thrilled to announce that we have joined the multi-specialty group, Advanced Health! This transition will enable us to enhance our services and improve your healthcare experience.

We will continue to operate as

In addition, we will be implementing a new Practice Management and Electronic Medical Record system. This upgrade aims to streamline our processes, improve the tools available to our patients, and reduce wait times along with paperwork.

Patients will need to complete new paperwork. As a result, Check-in and visit times will take longer than usual.

We want to inform you that we will be integrating with a larger group and upgrading our Practice Management (Billing) and Electronic Medical Record System (Chart) on 9.16.2024. As part of this transition, you will need to complete new paperwork starting on September 16, 2024. This new documentation will align with our updated system and policies.

Please note that this change may result in additional processes during check-in, potentially leading to longer wait times. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To assist you, all new paperwork will be accessible on our website or in our office for pick up, starting September 9, 2024.. We encourage you to complete this paperwork in advance if you have a future appointments scheduled on or after September 16, 2024.
