Big news in the efforts to open Cuyahoga County’s FIRST behavioral health crisis center. Sisters of Charity Health System has committed $3 Million to support the Behavioral Health Crisis Center Led by The Centers. As part of this commitment, the withdrawal management services within the BHCC will be named the Rosary Hall Withdrawal Management Center, honoring a longstanding legacy of addiction treatment rooted in the mission of the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine.

Important news! The Health System has committed $3 million to support the development of a 24/7 Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC) in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood in partnership with The Centers. This project addresses a critical gap in how individuals experiencing mental health and addiction crises access care across Cuyahoga County. This transformational investment supports the development of the crisis receiving and stabilization center plus integration of the Rosary Hall Withdrawal Management Center, continuing the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine’s long-standing legacy of an integrated, compassionate system of care. The Sisters of Charity Health System and all of our ministries join people around the world in mourning the loss and celebrating the life of Pope Francis. He dedicated his entire ministry to focusing on the experiences of the most vulnerable members of society. Pope Francis exemplified the qualities of a true servant leader, recognizing that caring for the poor, the sick, the hungry, those in prison and strangers mattered the most. He was an unwavering advocate for ethical care for all, and always led with compassion, inclusivity and humility. Pope Francis leaves a legacy for all of us to emulate. For that, we are forever grateful.
