We proudly celebrated our Life Enrichment Team during Activity Professionals Week! This incredible group works tirelessly to bring purpose, joy, and meaningful experiences into our residents’ daily lives. They go above and beyond to support each resident, creating engaging activities, fun games, and entertaining programs that encourage connection, laughter, and creativity.

Our Life Enrichment Team also provides something just as important—a listening ear, a warm smile, and genuine compassion. They build strong relationships, lift spirits, and show true love and respect to every resident they serve. We are so thankful for their dedication, passion, and the positive impact they make in our community each and every day.

We are also thankful for the support of some wonderful local representatives who joined us in showing appreciation: Lauryn with Hearth Hospice, Earl with Cameron Medical Supply, Jacob with Hospice of Chattanooga, and Claire with Legacy Healthcare Care Services. 💙👏✨

It’s Groundhog Day! While everyone is looking at the ground to see a shadow, we’re looking up at the bright smiles in our hallways. Whether we’re headed for an early spring or staying tucked away for a bit longer, we’re making sure every day is filled with warmth and friendship.

We’ve got a few inches of snow today, and while it may have slowed things down outside, it didn’t stop the warmth, joy, and laughter inside Legacy Village one bit. 💙

Our amazing team is making sure everyone stays cozy, well cared for, and well fed with delicious hot meals, warm cups of hot chocolate made by our kitchen, and the sweetest treat from Alise Donuts. 🍩☕️

We’ve had plenty of laughs too! Our resident, Bess, got a big kick out of our reactions to the snow, reminding us that this is nothing compared to what she’s used to in Maryland! And one of the most special moments of the day was watching our resident Nadine experience snow for the very first time. Our wonderful team made sure she got to step outside and truly enjoy that magical moment. ❄️🤍

Days like today remind us how special this place truly is. We are so grateful for our incredible residents and the dedicated staff who show up with heart, care, and joy, no matter the weather.

Paws of Love Pet Therapy brings so much joy to our community! We truly love their visits and the many smiles they bring to our residents. Pet therapy offers wonderful benefits for senior adults, including reducing stress and anxiety, encouraging social interaction, and providing comforting companionship. Spending time with therapy animals can also help improve mood, spark happy memories, and promote emotional well-being. These special visits create meaningful moments of connection, laughter, and love that brighten everyone’s day 🐶🐾✨
