Alright my caregivers this post is for you!! I have solutions for you!!!

Warmer weather is approaching! Here are som easy tips for keeping our seniors hydrated:

1) Frequent reminders to drink fluids

2) Have cut up fruit ready available or add lemons to water

3) Order a fun water bottle for your loved one that is customized with a design, their name or family pics

4)Leave water next to the bedside as a reminder before bed and when they wake up

5) Limit caffeine intake!
