Soo excited to share that I officially passed my CPT exam! 🎉 Becoming a Certified Personal Trainer is another step in making 102 Days of You an even more powerful program.

Did I ever imagine taking this path (and at 40 years old)? Definitely not… but 102 has already helped so many, and I know this certification will allow me to support and empower even more people.

This isn’t just about fitness—it’s about helping women feel strong, confident, and energized from the inside out. 💪 It’s not about “perfect bodies,” but about building strength, confidence, and routines that actually work in real life.

I can’t wait to keep bringing new tools, knowledge, and encouragement as we continue rediscovering joy, identity, and purpose together. Here’s to a happier and healthier YOU!!

You missed bedtime because work ran late.
You turned on the TV so you could finally sit down.
You got frustrated, raised your voice, forgot the school form, made mac and cheese from a box.

And what’s the first thing you feel?
GUILT.

Mom guilt has plagued every single one of us.
It whispers, “You’re not doing enough. You’re failing. You should be better.” Idk about you guys but how many times I have compared myself to Bluey's fake cartoon parents is unbelievable and to be honest, unrealistic! 😜

But hear this:
Guilt is not a sign of failure. It’s a sign that you care.

You are NOT a bad mom because you take time for yourself.
You are NOT failing because the laundry isn’t done.
You are NOT selfish for wanting more than just survival.

You are human.
You are strong.
You are showing up in a million quiet ways every single day.

Let the guilt go. It doesn’t serve you.

You’re doing better than you think.
You are enough.
You are raising incredible humans and becoming an even stronger one yourself.

Sunday used to be a day to slack off or skip a workout.. but not anymore! Hot yoga tonight with a friend to not only keep me on track, but be a fun way to exercise + catch up!

It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress. It's taken a while to get here but patience and consistency will always pave the way to results!

I’m building strong arms—not just to flex in the mirror (or selfie)—but to carry my 5-year-old when he needs me, lift all the groceries in one trip, and hold myself up through every session.

I’m showing up for me—because I’ve got big goals, strength to gain, and a life I want to feel amazing in.

But let’s be clear—this doesn’t mean ignoring your family or dropping all your responsibilities. It means finally understanding that when you feel good, strong, and energized, you show up better for everyone else, too. A better YOU = a better mom, wife, friend, and leader. Win win 🙌🏼

You know the version of you that keeps saying you’ll become ____ when “life slows down”? Healthier, calmer, more focused? The one who actually drinks enough water, moves her body, and doesn’t feel like a walking to-do list?

She’s not waiting for life to get easier. She’s waiting for you to choose her- to show up for her- even when it’s messy, loud, chaotic.

That’s why I created 102 Days of You. Not some unrealistic all or nothing program that makes you feel bad if you miss a day. A program that offers grace, and support, to help you prioritize YOU, even when you’re juggling a million things.

This isn’t about perfection, it’s about finally putting yourself back on the list. Because when you take care of you, everything (and everyone) else benefits too.
