Well it’s almost over. This week I complete my final exam for my Proper Human Diet (PHD) Health Coaching certification. It’s been a great 6 months. I’ve learned a lot! Just like PEMF, my own health struggles lead me down this path. I’ve had to thoroughly evaluate how what I eat and what I do impacts my health and wellbeing. It’s amazing the little things that make a difference. Over the last 6 months, I’ve learned how to help others finetune things along their journey. In less than a week, I’ll finally be a certified PHD Health Coach. I can’t wait to start helping others!

In the early 2000s, NASA funded a four-year study led by Dr. Robert Dennis to research the potential of PEMF to stimulate growth and repair in mammalian tissues. The challenges of space travel, including microgravity and increased exposure to harmful radiation, can have adverse effects on human health, such as bone density loss, muscle atrophy, and other physiological issues.

Pretty cool announcement! We have recently purchased a red light device and will be adding it to our services. PEMF and red light complement each other very well. They work better together than they do when applied alone. Initially I’ll be applying it to sore areas. Eventually, once I increase my knowledge about it, I’ll incorporate acupressure points. Red light can activate acupressure points. I’m really excited to add this tool!

I talk a lot about how our modern way of eating is making us unhealthy. Our lifestyle also plays a big role. Think about how much sunlight our ancestors got. Think about the amount of movement they engaged in compared to the amount of movement we get. Think about the kinds of movement they did compared to the movement we engage in. While what you eat and when you eat it is the foundation to health, these other factors play a big role in our health and wellbeing. Let’s look at sunlight.

I’m super excited to share that i have been selected to join Dr. Berry’s PHD Health Coaching Certification program. I’ve shared a lot of health related content over the past couple years. This is something I’ve been diving into pretty deep. Once I finish the certification, I’ll be able to help anyone who wants to take control of their health journey. It’s a 6 month program so stay tuned for info on when I’ll be able to start accepting health coaching clients.

The exciting thing is that health coaching fits so well into my existing business. Diet and lifestyle greatly impact our pain level, energy level, and mental health. It’s the missing piece to my business that makes my service a well rounded service. Yes PEMF helps reduce inflammation and pain, but adjusting diet can help keep it gone. Health coaching can help you determine a path and set goals but BrainTap will help rewire your brain so you stick to it and get rid of the stinking thinking that got you there. They all work together synergisticly.

I knew early on I wanted to add health coaching to my business. I talked about the proper human diet so much already but haven’t had the credentials to incorporate it into my business. Now I will!
