Positive Peers is a private app for teens and young adults living with HIV (ages 13-34) featuring information, social networking and self-management tools to support HIV-related holistic care. If you are a MetroHealth patient between the ages of 13 and 34 and living with HIV, we invite you to join our virtual support group and discover how our app can help with adherence to HIV treatment plans, re

duce feelings of isolation or stigma, and improve self-management of HIV, leading to better health outcomes like HIV viral suppression. Positive Peers is made possible through a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration, HIV/AIDS Bureau Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) Grant to The MetroHealth System.
