Expect a deeply restorative experience that weaves guided Yoga Nidra with the healing vibrations of sound to soothe and balance the body & mind. You will move through the seven chakras using visualization, breath, and intentional sound to ground, clear, and elevate.

Today marks the 11th International Day of Yoga! The United Nations proclaimed International Day of Yoga in 2014 to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga!

Happy Summer Solstice! Our early rising yogis gathered in Impett Park this morning for a donation-based Sunrise Solstice Flow lead by Rosey! Rosey also has a Summer Solstice Sound Bath offering this evening at 7:30pm with a few spots left!!

Our studio wouldn’t be what it is without our instructors, they are the reason we won this award. As an instructor lead studio, this is truly a testament to their efforts over the last year! Thank you to our instructors who believed in this little studio tucked away in the 5 Points neighborhood of West Park Kamm’s Corners and for sticking with us!
