We are so happy to welcome Vern back to 5 Points! You can catch Vern on Tuesdays at 6am for his Wake & Balance class.

Wednesday class time has moved up to 6pm. Join Grace on Wednesdays for an All-Levels feel good flow.

Let’s give back together! Studio West Park will be collecting food and non-food items all of November to donate to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank. Just bring your donation to class and we’ll take care of the rest!

Yoga is not just about poses, but how we live and relate to the world around us. The Yoga Sutras teach us the moral & ethical foundations of yoga. Ahimsa teaches us to act with kindness, compassion, and a commitment to reduce suffering.

Help us uplift our community and those around us this November.

We’re excited to he adding a couple of 6am options for our early risers, come start your day with movement. Join Melysa for the mid week push in her Wednesday 7:15 Waveforms (slow flow!). And setting in for the week in our Sunday evening donation based community classes at 7:30pm.
