Chistine Sivori will be leading a slow flow deep stretch yoga class and Lindsey Marie Whited will be offering a sound journey during an extended shavasana weaving in crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, bells, rattles, drum and intuitive vocalization.

Christine and Victoria will be offering light massage for those who would like to receive touch.
