I have attached the updated pricing for the BR+/NAD with Tirzepatide compound. To avoid confusion, I have only listed the strengths of Tirzepatide and its associated price. We will not be offering 15 mg at this time as it requires more than 1 syringe per dose.

Existing Patients: You do not need an appointment to place an order. If you haven't used GLP-1s in the past 3 months, you will need to start at the lowest dose. If you have used GLP-1s in the past 3 months, email my staff what you've been taking, and we will get you squared away accordingly.

New Patients: You need an appointment. Go to https://www.pharmdfitness.org/tirzepatide for the welcome letter, medication information, and the scheduling app. Be sure to read everything and answer the questions thoroughly.

Email any questions you have to clinic@pharmdfitness.org (I won't be able to check comments on this thread in a timely manner).

GLP-1 Update 7/1/2025

Tirzepatide: We will begin dispensing a new formulation of Tirzepatide that is compounded with NAD+ in the next week or so. Not only will this provide us a legal means of offering our patients affordable access to GLP-1s, but will also help prevent the brain fog and loss of lean muscle mass associated with such medications. Alex is doing his best to keep pricing the same as it has been over the past years, however, this is subject to change based on the market and material cost.

Semaglutide: We will continue to dispense our inventory of Semaglutide until it is depleted. It will remain the most cost effective option for patients seeking GLP-1s even after we run out and change its formulation.

TLDR: Tirzepatide is coming back with a new formulation. Semaglutide inventory is still being dispensed until we run out and will continue to be the most affordable option.

Neither of these medications can be compounded unless their brand name equivalents go back on the FDA’s shortage list.

NAD+

I've received many inquiries about this product, and I am pleased to announce that we are now offering it to the public.

First things first, do NOT confuse this with our GLP-1 therapy. It is entirely different and not meant to replace GLP-1s in any way.

Potential Benefits of NAD+ (I'll keep this part short and sweet for a quick read, then add links at the bottom if you want to dive further into the literature):

How is it administered?

Technically, the best administration route would be IV infusion. However, this requires the patient to sit for multiple days for 2-4 hours at a time to receive the IV, which is not very realistic.

That said, I have chosen to use Dr. Craig Koniver's subcutaneous protocol, which allows patients to administer their own injections in the comfort of their homes five out of seven days per week.

Our current pricing is $250 per month supply, which is substantially less than the IV infusion route.
