We sell locally raised beef cows, you can get a whole or half. Whole is around 400lbs take home meat and half is around 200lbs of meat

How we do it……….
Feed and nutrition- our cows are on a grass-based diet supplemented with locally grown sourced grain when needed. Our steers’ start out on a grass based and then moved to a corn-based diet to achieve the full flavor and tenderness that you will come to appreciate from C&M.
We believe it is our responsibility to our cows and our customers to maintain a healthy cow herd. With that in mind we follow a strict herd protocols to keep a healthy herd of cows. However we feel that our genetics and locally grown feed provide us with the opportunity to produce high quality beef without having to use antibiotics or growth hormones. Allowing C&M to offer premium all-natural beef.
