Nothing brings a team together like good food, great laughs, and a whole lot of crawfish 🦞❤️

We had the best time celebrating our amazing staff at our Employee Crawfish Boil today! From full plates to full hearts, it was a perfect reminder of how lucky we are to have such a hardworking and dedicated team.

Thank you to each and every one of you for everything you do — days like today are well deserved! 🙌✨

We had a beautiful day out at the lake. We were able to take our biggest outing yet today taking 2 bus loads of residents to Browders Marina! We had a hartz chicken picnic lunch, sang, danced, enjoyed great conversations, and relaxed in the beautiful weather. Everyone had an amazing time. Thank you Browders for being so hospitable and allowing us to come have lunch there and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

We took a coffee trip to Honey Bee Coffee. The residents absolutely love going here, it is such an amazing time for them! They treat us all like family, we get to spend time visiting with their children and family while relaxing and enjoying their favorite coffees. It is hard to find such good hearted people with great customer service. It is heartwarming to see the residents have such a great time interacting with the children and just feeling comfortable relaxing in a sweet little cozy shop. We thank you Honey Bee Coffee for being so hospitable and sharing your family with us.

Last week we had the honor of celebrating Long-Term Care Administrator Week, and we just want to take a moment to say how truly grateful we are for you, Tamra Hampton.

Thank you for the leadership, dedication, and heart you bring to our facility every single day. Your commitment to our residents, their families, and the entire staff does not go unnoticed. You work tirelessly to make sure our home runs smoothly, and because of you, our residents receive the care, dignity, and compassion they deserve.

We also appreciate the unique personality you bring to our workplace. Your quirkiness, humor, and individuality make our days brighter and remind us that leadership can be both strong and human. It’s those little moments of laughter and authenticity that make our workplace feel more like a family.

This past week was just a small way for us to show how much we value everything you do. From supporting staff to advocating for residents and guiding our team through challenges, you make a difference here every day.

Happy Social Work Month to the BEST Social Worker around! 💙

Today we had a little fun making sure he knows just how appreciated he is. A surprise singing telegram showed up and absolutely made our day! 🎸🎤

Behind the laughs and the surprises is someone who works tirelessly for our residents and their families. His compassion, advocacy, and dedication never go unnoticed. He goes above and beyond to make sure every resident feels heard, supported, and cared for.

We are so lucky to have such an incredible social worker on our team. Thank you for everything you do — today we celebrate YOU, Carl!
