What would it feel like to let “good enough” be enough?
So many of us carry pressure to do more, be more, fix more, achieve more. But healing, parenting, working, coping, and simply getting through the day can already take so much energy.
This week, we invite you to practice giving yourself a little more grace.
Maybe “good enough” is still worthy.
Maybe rest counts.
Maybe showing up at all is enough for today.
