Applewood Centers is proud to provide Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) in Lorain and Medina Counties — a no-cost program for children, teens, and young adults (up to age 20) experiencing emotional distress or a behavioral health crisis.

A trained team will come to you — whether at home, school, or another safe place — to help de-escalate the situation, create a safety plan, and connect you with ongoing support.
