Seeing a patient return after over 15 years is incredibly special! I performed her original breast augmentation with 375cc silicone implants all those years ago, and now she’s back for her implant exchange. This time around, she chose 600cc silicone implants for a fuller look that she feels fits her silhouette better in the present day.

It means a lot when patients trust me not just once, but also years later, to help them through the next chapter. Watching her before and after come together and knowing she felt confident returning to me after all this time is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do!

Located in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, and servicing all of Cleveland, Akron, and areas beyond, the Cleveland Plastic Surgery Institute provides advanced surgical and non-surgical techniques that rejuvenate the face, breast, and body.

Dr. Leedy is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. These are very important designations when choosing your plastic surgeon. Be sure to do your homework.

As a native of northeast Ohio, Dr. Leedy graduated as valedictorian from Walsh Jesuit High School before attending Cornell University, an Ivy League institution, where he earned academic distinction as a double major in chemistry and economics. He then enrolled in Case Western Reserve School of Medicine and earned induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society, a distinction for only the top of the graduating medical school class. Dr. Leedy was then one of 3 of 250 highly qualified plastic surgery residency applicants to be accepted into the Integrated Plastic Surgery residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, regarded as one of the most prestigious plastic surgery training programs in the country. Dr. Leedy completed his training in 2005 and returned to northeast Ohio where he has established himself as one of the leading plastic surgeons in his region.

Dr. Leedy is an educator, having published articles in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal and having presented his research at national plastic surgery meetings. He is an innovator, always looking to improve plastic surgery and holds multiple patents for a breast implant sizing device that he designed, that allows patients to “test drive” their look before undergoing breast augmentation. Dr. Leedy is also Chief of Plastic Surgery at Marymount Hospital, a Cleveland Clinic hospital, and has privileges are many of the area hospitals.
