At The Gardens of Fairfax, we are proud to partner with Concerto to offer in-house dialysis services, delivering expert, coordinated care right where our residents live. Our experienced clinical team works alongside specialized dialysis professionals to provide safe, compassionate treatment — without the stress of traveling off-site.

We are officially opening on March 3, 2026, and look forward to bringing advanced dialysis care and skilled nursing services to the Fairfax community.

"My experience at this skilled nursing facility was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The Therapy Director and therapists provided exceptional support and guidance throughout my stay. They were patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my progress. The housekeeper also did a wonderful job, always keeping my room clean and comfortable.

We want to wish a very Happy Anniversary to Georgia Johnson, ADON, here at The Gardens of Fairfax 🎉

Georgia joined our team on February 5, 2025, and has been an essential part of our day-to-day leadership in the Nursing Department ever since. She brings a wealth of knowledge, provides a high level of care to our residents, and leads with patience, compassion, and strength.

On Friday, we celebrated Briana W. and her well-deserved promotion to Medical Records/Central Supply at Fairfax. 💙

Briana has been a wonderful STNA, and her compassion, dedication, and kindness have made a lasting impact on our residents, families, and staff. While we are excited for her as she begins this next chapter, she will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of working with her. We hope to see her pick up with us on occasion!

This week has been filled with interactive games, fun activities with residents, and relaxing movie time complete with snacks—all made extra special by Leah’s dedication and creativity.

Leah consistently goes above and beyond her role as an Activity Aide, bringing energy, compassion, and genuine care to everything she does. She is truly a valued member of The Gardens of Fairfax family, and we are so grateful for all she does to make our residents’ days brighter.

We’re proud to recognize two amazing members of The Gardens of Fairfax family!

Brandon Henderson, one of our dedicated STNAs, has been part of our team since May 2025, and Taschika Edwards from Social Services joined us in June 2025. Both Brandon and Taschika consistently show true heart, compassion, and incredible dedication to our residents and the teams they support.

We want to sincerely thank and applaud them for their hard work, commitment, and the positive impact they make every day. We’re so grateful to have you both as part of The Gardens of Fairfax family!

In recognition of Black History Month, our facility will be hosting a special luncheon on February 18th to honor the rich history, dedication, and contributions that have shaped who we are today.

Our community is built on decades of commitment and care, including valued team members who have served for more than 30 years. Their stories, leadership, and perseverance are an essential part of our shared history. This luncheon is a meaningful opportunity to reflect, celebrate, and come together in gratitude.
