Did you know April is National Stress Awareness Month?

For individuals living with End Stage Renal Disease, managing stress is an important part of overall health and well-being. Access to the right support and healthy coping strategies can make a meaningful difference each day.

That’s why we’re proud to offer on-site dialysis through Concerto—helping reduce the stress of traveling to outpatient appointments and allowing our residents to receive the care they need in a comfortable, familiar environment.

This month, we’re highlighting the importance of stress management and supporting the well-being of those we serve.

We were honored to welcome Pastor Wayne Dawson to our activity!

Pastor Dawson, who also serves as a Fox 8 News anchor, joined us as part of the wonderful church services provided by Grace each Monday at Fairfax. Our residents always look forward to this special time of faith, fellowship, and connection—and this visit made it even more meaningful.
