Hi, Rhonda the admin here. I had Bilateral Total Knee Replacements almost 4 years ago. I could not find a group for encouragement, since most people only have one knee replaced at a time. I planned for 6 months getting in shape- increase upper body, loose excess weight and change my mindset for what I was about to do. I created a "closed" group page which I still have for encouragement and support. This open page is for those wanting information also but maybe not as personal as a closed group. Feel free to ask questions. I will be posting my notes, and photos that I have used. My surgery was great success, however I did have some challenges. Stay tune for more.
