I have people asking about yoga classes in Cleveland. I am unable to set regular classes due to my schedule, BUT Delta Arts Alliance is offering classes this fall!!! Erin is an amazing teacher we are lucky to have her!!

Today was my first time ever to teach a full kundalini yoga class and it was amazing ✨✨ amazing, fun, and challenging I must say! Excited to keep learning how to teach this practice with fluidity! We worked on strengthening the nervous system which can be very challenging physically. But we did it and laughed, cried and yelled a little along the way 🙃😊 until next practice teaching session ✌🏽
