We’re thrilled to announce that we’re opening a new location right here in Cleveland! You’ll find us at the four-way stop next to the Mexican restaurant — a convenient spot right in the heart of town.

We’re so excited to bring our services to our hometown, including:

•Urgent Care
•Telemedicine
•Medical Weight Loss
•IV Hydration Therapy

There’s still a bit of work to be done inside, but we’re pushing to open as soon as possible. We can’t wait to welcome you through our doors!

Hello! My name is Brittany Tolbert, and I’m a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with 4 years of experience as an NP and over 13 years in the healthcare field. I’m passionate about helping others and truly enjoy building meaningful connections with my patients.

Outside of work, my husband and I are proud parents to two wonderful children. We cherish our family time and love making memories together—whether we’re at a pageant or at the dirt bike track, we’re always on the go and enjoying life as a team.
