Ok. I saw this post on another group I follow. But as I was reading the comments. I was wondering???🤔. What would the women say in the group. I know we are all at the point of IDNK… but really I’m curious, what hygiene routine do you use? It could all give us ideas. Especially going through perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause.
