We have been ending the year rite!! Harvard Gardens Rehab had a table at the UH Patient appreciation night -UH Bedford campus Dec 9th.

Dec 13th we had a table at the senior Christmas expo. It was lots of fun.

We had a wonderful time at our Pie and Wine Giveaway, celebrating our amazing Case Managers and Social Workers this Thanksgiving season! It was a small token of our appreciation for their hard work and partnership. Thank you for all that you do to make a difference in the lives of those we serve!
