At Dixieland farm and Creamery our priority is health and our community,that's our purpose of our farm. In the beginning farming was for our own family and now we are so happy to be sharing health with our community. Our practices are not in a big Ag scale and it's very important to us to milk each of our beautiful A2 Jersey cows one at a time this gives us the opportunity to inspect each quarter, the body and health of our jersey Mama's. After each milking the milk gets poured off and inspected for quality, then instantly chilled to proper temp. This practice gives our cows the attention they deserve and we are thankful for each of them. Everything is completely sanitized thoroughly when all milking is done. We do regular Testing of our milk. All the practices we implement gives us the opportunity through herdshares to provide raw milk with no worries. We strive to stay small, stay healthy and stay local. Thank you Cleveland, TN
