Jazmin Long and her cronies are still defrauding the public. She is currently on 93.1 WZAK Cleveland at MOCA talking about work SHE and the board stole.

I am the Founder of Birthing Beautiful Communities.

I own a federal copyright of my work and state trademark for all of BBC’s original work, programs, logos, brand, and likeness.

Four years of silence, betrayal, and watching others profit from what I built, I filed a federal lawsuit to reclaim my intellectual property, my name, and the truth.

I sued Jazmin and 14 board members.

The defendants did not respond.

Instead, they sent me a 10-page letter trying to intimidate me into dropping the case. They missed their legal deadlines because:

1. They have no signed agreement with me transferring rights.

2. They are being investigated by the Ohio Attorney General and federal authorities for theft, wire fraud, mail fraud, intimidation, unjust enrichment, breach of fiduciary duty, retaliation, collusion and other crimes.

3. An answer to the court would have incriminated them even further.

I moved for default judgment. That means the court is now reviewing my motion, and a ruling is forthcoming.

Let me be clear:

BBC is mine. The brand, the trademark, the copyrighted materials.

The leadership has been using my work without permission for years. That is theft. That is fraud.

To everyone who stayed silent, partnered with them, or sat on boards and said nothing—you knew. And now the truth is rising.

This isn’t just about me. This is about justice. About integrity.

And yes—I’m just getting started.
