Spent a great evening with these awesome ladies introducing them to bungee. They had amazing ideas on how the bungees could facilitate quadruped, tall kneeling, and add multi planar freedom with support for dynamic movement. Any PT buddies, if you think a few of these set ups could help your product or your clinic & you have 12 foot ceilings that can be reinforced, reach out. I’d be happy to take you through their potential with movement.

1) As you're out and about, consider putting something in your cart to donate to the Walk's passport prize system. Many hands will make this a light load, and we suspect that you (yes you) can add a clever idea to make the prizes great. We'll accept the donation at any meeting, including the next one at 6:30 this Monday at council chambers.

PSA- Those passionate about bungee- If you or someone you know would like to take on the product- house, manage & take on the financial risk I’d be happy to consult and help get the program started. Depending on where it’s located, my bungee peeps might also be interested. I’ve had suggestions for Lawrenceburg & Neurofit. It’s a phenomenal product and concept especially for those that can’t handle gravity & pavement. Many are accustom to the fact that insurance will only take them so far. Then the responsibility is on THEM for what they want the rest of their life to look like. I will not irresponsibly just sell bungee equipment on marketplace to the higher bidder. I will entrust it into the hands of capable people. Message/Text/Email.

After two wonderful years at our 4153 Hamilton Cleves Rd location, we’re sad to announce that this studio will be closing its doors on December 31st.

We’re returning to our original home at 5 W Howell St., where we’ll continue offering Group Reformer, Private Reformer, Stretch & Release, Small Group Mat, & TRX!

We’re so grateful for your support during our time at the big studio, where we tested amazing products & chased big dreams. Thank you for being part of it! 🤍
