Florida Elder Care & Wellness Florida Elder Care & Wellness is a home-based mobile medical service for the elderly population.

Susan is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated with honors from Chamberlain University. She has 26 years of experience in healthcare and manages our team to ensure all our backgrounds work together to help support your health goals. Susan is a Florida native, raised in the Glades area, and worked at Lakeside Medical Center for 15 years prior to obtaining her nurse practitioner licensure. Susan has broad nursing experience ranging from pediatrics, medical-surgical, telemetry, womens health, and geriatrics. Additionally, Susan spent two years training and working under a physician who specialized in geriatrics, internal medicine, and nephrology. Susan is also a clinical adjunct professor at Palm Beach State College who frequents PCA, LPN, and RN students in the clinical setting.
