Our Story

Set amidst the famous mountain views and clear streams of Clifton Forge, The Woodlands Health & Rehab Center has brought our unique approach to healthcare to western Virginia since 2002. Along with our stable, long-serving staff, our 60-bed Center offers short-term rehab services and long-term care in a friendly, home-like environment. The warm environment extends beyond the facility itself to an enclosed, scenic courtyard where residents enjoy mountain breezes and special walking paths for outdoor therapy.

Woodlands Health & Rehab Center is located on Fairview Avenue in Clifton Forge, VA. Our facility provides a sanctuary of rehabilitation, long-term, and respite care to our neighbors in Woodlands and the surrounding communities. At Woodlands Health & Rehab Center, our goal is simple: to provide the most effective treatment for you in a compassionate, comfortable environment.
