🕊️ With Grace Mental Health Counseling had the pleasure of participating in Fit Fest in Glens Falls! It was an incredible evening of community, wellness, and connection. We loved meeting so many of you and sharing insights on mental health and well-being. 💚

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to learn more about our services and to the Glens Falls Collaborative and the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce organizing such a fantastic event.
